My winter bucket list 🎄❄️

winter-bl-1.jpg

Hello There

Now that it is December and I am in full Christmas mode, I thought it would be fun to post my winter bucket list on here. I started writing down seasonal bucket lists last year in my bullet journal and I’ve been really enjoying it, so it has become a habit for me (if you’re curious, here is my winter bucket list from last year). I have to admit that I already started doing things from my bucket list in November, but oh well, I guess it’s never too early to be excited about crossing items off your list. 😅

This winter, I want to:

winter-bl-2.jpg

  • bake Christmas cookies and/or a Christmas cake ✅
  • knit my own Christmas jumper
  • watch cheesy Christmas movies
  • reread a Harry Potter book

winter-bl-3.jpg

  • go Christmas shopping ✅
  • decorate the house for the holidays
  • watch The Rise of Skywalker (way too many times)
  • spend a weekend in London ✅

winter-bl-4.jpg

  • look at Christmas lights by night ✅
  • spend time with my loved ones
  • see Dear Evan Hansen live on West End ✅
  • dance to Christmas songs

winter-bl-5.jpg

  • learn to play the guitar
  • smell snow (if you get that reference, I love you)
  • read by the fire
  • pass my driving theory exam

That’s it for me today! Most things from my bucket list will probably be done by Christmas, considering how many are linked to it, but as we say, it’s the most wonderful time of the year, so I’m glad I have planned a few things for it!

Do you make seasonal bucket lists? What are you planning to do this winter (or summer if you live in the southern hemisphere)?

  • lots of love

My Autumn bucket list 🍂

autumn-bucket-1

Hello There

It might be early September, so it’s still technically summer, but I’m all set for autumn. It’s a Sunday afternoon, it’s raining outside, I’m curled up in a blanket and our kitten Peter is sleeping next to me, so it certainly feels like autumn already.

Autumn is by far my favourite season and I’m so happy it’s coming back in the northern hemisphere. We got a quick temperature drop over the past few days and I’m not sure how long it’ll last, but I’m loving feeling colder and slowly switching to my autumnal wardrobe. Because of that, I already started thinking about my autumn bucket list and thought I’d share it with you today!

This autumn, I want to…

autumn-bucket-2

  • go on walks
  • have cozy reading parties while it rains
  • go to a pumpkin patch
  • have a Harry Potter marathon

autumn-bucket-3

  • do a Halloween-themed 24 hour readathon
  • have an autumnal picnic
  • make my own pumpkin spice latte
  • watch spooky (or not) movies and TV shows

autumn-bucket-3

  • decorate the house for autumn
  • go apple picking
  • organize a Harry Potter-themed party
  • rewatch Charmed

autumn-bucket-5

  • start a new knitting project
  • walk on fallen leaves
  • take part in Inktober
  • carve a pumpkin

autumn-bucket-6

  • dress up for Halloween
  • reread The Diviners series
  • drink hot cocoa outside
  • bake Halloween cookies

That’s it for me today! I shall now make myself a cup of coffee and go back to Chilling Adventures of Sabrina… see, someone is definitely in the mood. Have a lovely Sunday!

Do you have anything on your bucket list for autumn or spring, depending from where you are in the world?

lots of love

Autumn 2018 Bucket List

Hello, beautiful people!

Autumn might only officially start towards the end of September, but I have been ready for it ever since the season ended last year, as it is my favourite. I even started to act like it was autumn during the last week of August, as it wasn’t as hot outside anymore and I just wanted to bring it to me faster. Because of that, I thought it would be fun to share with you the things that are on my bucket list for autumn (we all know I adore lists, so).

W h a t  I  w a n t  t o  d o  t h i s  a u t u m n . . .

– rewatching Gilmore Girls (I already started, though).
– drinking Pumpkin Spice Latte and making my own homemade recipe for it.
– doing a Halloween-themed 24h readathon.
– walking on fallen leaves.
– reading while it rains outside with a plaid and tea.
– going to a pumpkin patch, picking a pumpkin and decorating it.
– having a very autumnal picnic with my best friend, with a plaid, drinking hot cocoa (we already have the perfect spot, fingers crossed!).
– rewatching Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts for the millionth time.
– reading Victorian literature for Victober.
– doing a Halloween evening like last year, it was perfect!
– dancing under the rain.
– wearing knitwears, my favourite coat and the color yellow mustard again.
– visiting castles and Montmartre (in Paris) again, it will look so nice during autumn.
– experimenting to find the perfect autumn breakfast.
– making an autumn playlist.

Are there any things you’re excited to do this autumn?
Lots of love,
Lucie
